Another layer I heard about today is VW has claimed it will be looking after their dealers as well as their customers.
So the service depts will be busy obviously with what ever repair scenario works its way down the pipe.
However, the sales dept are likely fairly slow at the moment with a brand that is tarnished and product line that is currently discontinued. I wonder what or if they will do anything to replace lost income to the salesforce of if they will just tell them to tough it out. Curious to know how many are already looking to sell something else now that this has been proven to be a global problem.
