Huge thank you to everyone for your responses on this. I am going to
tighten this down this weekend and see if that solves it; if not, at
least now I know how to find a new one to replace it. Appreciate your
help!!

Update on this: Big thanks to Michael for the part number (Haldex
KN31000). NAPA took one look at my existing valve and said they'd
never seen such a thing and don't carry it. After giving them the
Haldex part number they changed their minds and my new one will be
here tomorrow morning. :-)
