I think I still must be missing something. I can only see three lines coming from the tank/hw heater area going forward. One is from the tank going to the pump under the sink. I had assumed the other two were hot/cold that operated either on city pressure or were pressurized from the pump somewhere under the sink. But if one is a return pump pressure line then it seems another line is necessary for hot.
