This looks like it may be worth closer examination by someone who wants a clean FC. Definitely priced right for sure. Includes the toad as well.

Originally they came naturally aspirated for the most part I believe, however, that said many many have been upgraded.
This one says it is a reman engine so you would have to contact the owner to find out. Also ask if the turbo is mounted on the top of the engine or underneath the coach. They are different animals.
Ask if the reman was a two ring or three piston ring engine. It is likely three which is what you want for a turbo engine. You would have to speak with the owner.
