pod latches - mjzakowski - 09-07-2005 16:01

I have two pods on my roof and the latches are all rusted. Can anybody
tell me where I can buy new ones(latches?) I have checked some
hardware stores but what they have is too small. I have not measure
them but they look like three inchs long.

Any good hardware store or RV Parts supply should have a catalog of
hardware that is applicable and could probably order them for you.

Hi all,

Just up the street from us here in Springdale (Cincinnati) there is an
industrial hardware store. I went in and right in the lobby they had 1) the
exact
same compartment latches as on my coach, in assorted sizes and
configurations 2) the chrome fold down 'step-ups' and 3) a WIDE assortment of
latches,
from about 1/2 inch to HUGE 8 inch ones. I would think that any city of any
size would have a similar industrial hardware store. The other place that
would
probably have such latches would be your nearest "Fasten-all" store.
