cb and radio antenna**update** - Stephen - 06-21-2006 10:13 While on this subject. My left side antenna came off the base. It looks like someone has already 'glued' it back on once already.. There is a little metal pin sticking out the bottom where it plugs back into the other part of the base (mounted to the top of the bus) Is there a replacement on this antenna? Mine are the thin 'twin' ones side by side about 14 inches tall. There is a single one with spring base up front that is broken too.. I think that one is the radio.. not sure Stephen Hare 81FC33 SB Plant City, FL _,_._,___ [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] cb and radio antenna**update** - fwernlein - 06-21-2006 10:51 I snapped my CB antenna off on a recent trip. I found practically nothing as far as CB equipment at Radio Shack, etc....but if you keep your eyes open for a big truck stop along an interstate, they do stock CB stuff in quanity. I replaced my antenna with a single pole about 20" and a spring base to hopefully allow it to tilt back for low branches.
