Rosemary,
You can easily take off the 12inch by 12inch roof vent like the one in the
bathroom. You
then carefully lower your daughter through the opening to unlock the door.
Please don't ask
Tony Halterman in our Lone Star bird group how we know this will work! You will
need to re-
caulk the vent when putting it back.
