Golf Cart - krminyl@... - 07-10-2006 23:42 Try Progressive Insurance....they insure my SeaDoos, dune buggy, and BB. I would think that liabiity insurance (only) would be less than $200/yr for a golf cart. My SeaDoos (2 of them) is $130/yr. Best of luck, and let us know what you find out. We usually take one with us to avoid the $40.00 per day rental. We are heading down to Ocean Lakes in SC in a few weeks and they need proof of a 50K policy on private carts. Oh and by the way the need to be electric. I thought they the golf cart would be covered on either the coach or homeowners policy but I was mistaken. My company (State Farm) actually said they couldn't insure it. 2 drivers and 5 vehicles. For some reason there is no problem with the other 3 just the cart. If you are insuring your cart, what company are you using and what does it cost. Thanks Gene Chaude 85 FC35 Oakdale CT. Like the his or her thing. I wanted to us their. That spell check person is a smart one. Golf Cart - smquandt - 07-11-2006 00:40 Gene We have our golf cart insured and it is by State Farm, however our use is only on a golf course that might be the difference. State Farm has all our stuff, Bird, Home, Autos, etc. Steve Quandt 93 PT-40 Irom Mountain, MI --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "woodland_builders" > > Good morning, anyone out there insuring his or her golf carts. Generally, your site is given away with the next phone call. We had the first BB rally there and they could care less that we were there. It was Feb and we had 20 coaches..the campground next door totally different story..our new rally "home" Much nicer even has shelters over picnic table on every site. Gene, email me cme4boats(at) aol.com and I will send you my phone # in case of any problems you can call, or if you want some great recomendations on things to do and places to go. We are covered for just over $1.00 a month. Asking them to fax what I have insured and the coverages to two other companies may have got their attention. I have been with them for over 20 years. They should be buying me a golf cart.
