Inverter install on PTs - John & Barb Ely - 04-18-2005 18:52 Jeff: This compartment originally held the stock converters. It is well ventilated with louvres in rear wall adjoining engine compartment. It does get a fair amount of dust which I hope to solve one day by baffling the louvres. On the other hand, the dust never bothered the converters so it may not be a serious issue. I've been in some horrendous weather this past year and have never found any indication of any degree of moisture in that compartment (I keep my tire gauge and a run of air hose in there, so I'm in it pretty often).
