repair/re-chrome bumpers - Gardner Yeaw - 08-04-2006 13:55 Has anyone out there had the bumpers on older FC's repaired and re- chromed? I am too far from Mexico, so it would be a continental US job. I am thinking of purchasing a coach that needs some cosmetic work but is in fine mechanical condition. Gardner, trepidatious wannabe repair/re-chrome bumpers - one_dusty_hoot - 08-04-2006 14:28 I checked into rechroming bumpers a few months ago, never followed through on doing so. Don't know about repair work. Bumpers are sent to Alabama from Greenvile, SC $300-350 each. Lifetime guarantee not to peal, crack, or tarnish. They could probably do repair work also. Thatâs not nearly as bad as I had expected. By the way, is that guarantee my life or the bumpers life?
