Dead End Wire? Help! - Keith Strehle - 04-27-2007 05:38 While replacing my toilet I removed the kick panel at the bottom of the sink vanity. Inside I found the dead end of a piece of white romex three phase wiring. Looks like it's been chewed off but I can't find what it was attached to? This may solve my outlet problems if I can find where it goes. The end that is still attached goes up behind the microwave? I really don't want to pull the microwave out unless I have to. Thanks, Keith 84FC35SB Dead End Wire? Help! - jqrjr - 04-27-2007 08:58 Many questions come to my head when thinking about your problem. Firstly find the chewer and put it out! follow the romex...is the romex hot? if you have gfi plugs is this at the end of the line or is there another piece of wire down there that goes somewhere else. under my sink i have electric heaters, it might be in your model that one was removed. without lot more info my guess is that this wire was attacheted to a heater.
