racor fuel flow gauge - Harvey Lawrence - 05-03-2005 11:03

once the Racor filter gets full enough to cause an increased vacume
the gauge registers high as a warning. Then when the new filter is put
in place the gauge will reduce some, but not much.I simply diconnect
the tube to the gauge to release the vacume and the gauge then returns
to normal. If the gauge goes back up to warning area again, better
start looking for other restrictions in fuel lines.
