Summer Rallies - Lee Davis - 05-17-2007 04:32 We are full time and will be traveling this summer from Tennessee to Iowa (June) then East toward Maine, through Michigan, maybe through some of Canada (July, August) then down through NJ and East Coast (Sept-Nov)probably wintering in Florida. Does anyone know of a Bluebird group having any rallies anywhere near this route at any times even close? We've never been to one, thought about going to the Bluebird rally in Gettysburg (June) but it seemed expensive ($465) and we could get no info about it. Then we changed our mind on our route so it became academic. We met Ralph Fullenweider who did some work on our coach (excellent) and he said we could find out about informal Bluebird rallies and groups on this site and those were more fun anyway. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Lee Davis 95 BMC Summer Rallies - olson_phil - 05-18-2007 01:04 There is a EAA Blue Bird rally during the airshow in Oshkosh Wisconsin this July. Its actually my favorite time, weather is usually perfect! There is one Rally in upstate NY in June that Tom Warner is having, other than that I don't know of any rallys around here. But if your travels take you through the downstate NY area and you need a free place to park your welcome to stay here (That goes for any forum memebers). We have 30 amp elec. and water, no sewer (dump station 15 miles away). We are one mile from the metro north train station and an one hour train ride to Grand Central Station, NY if your interested.
