Scott- lift the drawer out of the cabinet. There should be a couple screws
that hold that in place. Remove those and you should be able to access that
inspection hole. There probably is a cover with a zillion screws- aka Bluebird
overkill, and it's about 3 inches in thickness.

How do I get to the front of the engine from the bedroom of my PT? I
have twin beds, how does the "end table" between the beds come out?
