Fuel Economy: BAH HUM BUG! - bumpersbird - 11-11-2007 05:33

Next 12 months 20,000 miles 5.5 miles per gallon 3636.36 estimated
Gallons of fuel @ $3.50 a gallon $12,727.27 divided by 4 = $3181.81 per
person, (the dog rides for free) this comes out to $0.159 per mile, per
person. Factor in Everything else that a Bluebird Wanderlodge IS and I
would say that it's the cheapest
travel, vaction, hotel, house, tour, apt.,resturant, you name it, a bird, any
bird can be a part of it.
Cheaper than a Cessna 172 of the same vintage or a boat of any vintage.
What goes up must come down, so will fuel.
So the question for me is. Where do I go next?

Well,.....

There's always the Lone Star Birds Holiday Happening Rally officially
starting on Nov 30. Some are arriving in Kerrville, Texas as early as
Wednesday of that week.
