splendide - susanmarycamilleri - 11-26-2007 12:15 I installed a splendide 2000 in my 78 FC two years ago. We love it. Spent two months last year going to Mexico and back and never had to visit a laudromat. That is with four people. When doing the bed sheets the washer will wash more than it will dry. We wash a complete set of sheets and then dry them in two batches. It works better. I am now in the process of replacing the engine in my bird. Pete 1978 FC 35' splendide - Dorn Hetzel - 11-26-2007 12:59 Pete, Replacing the engine completely or just rebuilding it? How much mileage? (just wondering what I will be looking at down the road with my 77FC35 which has about 142K miles at this point with probably one rebuild of some degree in it's past (but no paperwork on that) ) Regards, Dorn Hetzel 77FC35 Hogansville, GA On Nov 26, 2007 7:15 PM, susanmarycamilleri wrote: > I installed a splendide 2000 in my 78 FC two years ago.
