Plumbing gone awry - bluebirdfitz - 05-16-2005 07:20

My 78FC 31 burst a few pipes over the winter. (A lesson in blowing
out the lines learned the hard way!) At any rate, after much labor
installing a new hot water heater and new copper tubing I was thrilled
to find the water-especially the hot water--flowing smoothly, but it
was a short lived thrill as I soon discovered that the tanks were not
filling up. I tried flipping the tank fill switch; there are no
leaks, the water is flowing, but not through to the tank fill pipe.
Is there an obvious way to check the shut off valve? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
