What can a guy tell from two pictures and little or no additional information? And the comment about normally selling for 40 to 50 is inaccurate which can be taken as either normal advertising hype or a clue that the fellow is out of touch. You contact the seller. You get a seemingly plausible story about the owner being out of the country and in a hurry to sell, explaining the low price. You're requested to send funds via Western Union to a distant country. You never get title to the vehicle or any sign as to where the money is.
