Off Season Rental? - Gregory OConnor - 01-03-2008 14:03 What would a Fleetwood go for? http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/roo/525062042.html GregoryO'Connor 94ptRomolandCa Off Season Rental? - Ryan Wright - 01-03-2008 16:53 For that kind of monthly outlay, you'd think one could just buy his own FC-33. If this one is "up on blocks" I'd imagine even an older, $20k FC would be ten times the coach and you'd get to drive it around and, you know, actually own it. I'll bet someone rents it, though. -Ryan On Jan 3, 2008 6:03 PM, Gregory OConnor > > What would a Fleetwood go for? > > http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/roo/525062042.html > > GregoryO'Connor > 94ptRomolandCa Off Season Rental? - Pete Masterson - 01-04-2008 07:27 Knowing the rental rates in the SF Bay Area, a $500/month FC on blocks in _that_ location is actually a bargain. Studio apartments in that area are commonly $1000/month. So, it isn't the Wanderlodge that's important -- it's where it's _parked_ that's important. Location, location, location...
