For that kind of monthly outlay, you'd think one could just buy his
own FC-33. If this one is "up on blocks" I'd imagine even an older,
$20k FC would be ten times the coach and you'd get to drive it around
and, you know, actually own it.

I'll bet someone rents it, though.

Knowing the rental rates in the SF Bay Area, a $500/month FC on
blocks in _that_ location is actually a bargain. Studio apartments in
that area are commonly $1000/month. So, it isn't the Wanderlodge
that's important -- it's where it's _parked_ that's important.
