Speaking of heat - williamcharrison - 02-27-2008 06:27 During the warm weather months I have to shut off the coolant line going from the engine to the front heaters otherwise we would roast in the cockpit. I have the switches in the right position but there is a slide switch assenbly below the bu monitor that has been replaced and is just dangling inside the small door. Can this be the problem, and if so does someone have a wiring diagram for the heater shut offs? Chuck Harrison Akron, Ohio 90 SP36 Speaking of heat - ronmarabito2002 - 02-27-2008 06:36 That is probably your problem. Unfortunately, I don't have a schematic of it. Call BB tech support. They'll know. R.E. But you mention the front heater so this may not be your issue, which ever the switch, there are sporlan valves in the coolant loop, possibly one of these Sporlan solenoid valves are defective. They control the coolant flow to the rear chassis heaters and another for the front heat, on our 88 FC .
