I have been a member of this group for a long time but have recently
been unable to keep up with reading the postings so if this subject has
already been discussed let me know and I will go back and research it.
I have a 1990PT40 that want to get rid of. Does anyone have any
experience good/bad or otherwise with the companies that will pay cash
for motorhomes.

Thanks for your time.
Todd Adelgren, 1990PT40, Elkhorn, NE.

Todd,
I would assume that these companies would offer a pretty low price
since the market is soft and they plan to resell it. You might find
out what they offer and sell it privately for more. Good coaches at
low prices seem to still move quickly. Also this forum and Randy
Dupree's site http://www.buybyebluebird.com/ have lots of members that
are potential customers.

Might check Paul Davis at Mr. Olivers. He pays cash for coaches although things are real slow right now.

Todd, I cant see a reseller paying any more than 55g's for a '90. I
bet 65grand will sell it quick to a forum member here. It would be
cool for you to run the sale past the forums and save a member the
resellers profit. I dont like cash cash for a tranasction over 20
grand. too many bad bills out there.

Greg:

I am not sure the original poster really wants to sell. I sent him an
email and he never responded. Guess he does not need the cash???

Thanks to all that responded to my question. I have received some
emails from some members of this group. I am in the process of moving
so my notes and information about the coach are packed away in a box
somewhere at my new house. I will have more info for everyone in the
next couple of days. I am asking $65,000 for the coach.

Take a lot of pictures, Todd. Smile

Anyone looking for a coach should take note of this. If the coach is
nice, the price is excellent. If I hadn't just bought my coach last
year I'd jump all over this myself.
