My side view mirror quit working. - Eric Perplies - 03-12-2008 17:07 The main mirror on my right side view mirror has quit being able to be adjusted electrically. I can hear the motor(s)run but the mirror does not move in response to the motor running. The mirror is not jammed/bound up. I can adjust the mirror manually. It just does not respond electrically. Does anyone have a recommendation that I can try? Is there some safety coupling that disengages? It's not clear to me how to take the mirror assembly apart. Any thought would be appreciated. I leaned the convex part to view the velcrow tape on its back then worked a hard plastic butter knife between the velcrow parts. The tech support at the mfg is great I believe it is Ramco 800-321-4819??
