'94 BMC 39K - Steve Pfiffner - 06-18-2008 00:09 I remember when this coach was on VintageBirds for sale 8 months ago or so. It was aggressively priced then (memory says low to mid 50's), it sold quite fast. I remember it because of the DataStorm dish. I wish it was closer to me because I think its a deal potentially. Steve Wannabee '94 BMC 39K - bubblerboy64 - 06-18-2008 00:35 We, for the most part, don't know what money is changing hands on these coaches. We also don't know the condition (other then what is evident by picture or description). This does seem like a good deal but until a person touches etc ya never know. Perhaps these folks have it priced to sell, not to just sit and wait. I'd hate to be lookin to sell anything in the RV market today. I am not in the market (but who knows down the road) there are things I like about the BMC's but I noticed a couple things which I would want to consider. Power being one. That coach is about 7 tons heavier and 100 hp more the "The Napper" and one of the reasons to even consider moving up would be to be able to climb hills a little better. The comment was made about it climbing hills with ease or something similar. My thoughts are I might not be all that much better off. Boy, if I would move I would only want to do it once and for a BIG improvement. So, although this is a good price I am not certain that there are as many pluses as I would need to move. So how do these 300 hp cummins run down the road for you guys who have had more then one BB?
