Costco has a policy that their Kirkland brand (house brand) items are the equal or better quality than name brand items. I would have no problem buying the Costco brand batteries. They're probably made by one of the major manufacturers anyway. 6-volt golf cart batteries tend not to be terribly expensive, anyway -- probably because there are a lot of golf carts out there...

Are these pretty decent? How do they compare to other available
batteries in size vs. amp-hours? That seems like a real nice price, I
always thought good house batteries were a couple hundred bucks each.

Jamie,
Have you checked out Costco or Sams Club? Most of them carry a private
label 6-volt golf cart battery, generally under $70 each.

Costco's batteries in my local store are made by Johnson Controls. Sorry,
but I didn't price their golf cart batteries. Sams Club golf cart batteries
were priced around $68 today, 210 AH (versus 225 AH for the T-105.
Virtually all the batteries in the US are made by one of 3 companies, mostly
as private label products to meet the unique specs demanded of them by the
chain (such as Sears, Wal-Mart, Auto-Zone, etc.). So even if made by the
same company, differences do occur.
