While we're on the subject of plumbing ... - hippieforever3 - 08-22-2008 08:55

How big a pain is it to replumb so you can use your grey water for the
toilet?

The upside seems obvious but is there some downside other than you have
to be a little careful what ends up in your grey water?

It's gonna stink either way. Years ago I tried filtering reclaimed water in a truck wash, its gray. That did not work. The soap and oil off your body will stink. Not to say what the residue from the eggs will smell like. You will not like the result.
