Your unit could be low on Freon, which require you to install a tap on the low side to add Freon. My unit did not have a tapfor servicing the system, your may have one, depends on themanufacturer of the AC, mine was Dometic. Also other possible problem is the compressor, in that case you just as well replace the whole unit, by the time you replace the compressor and recharge the system the cost would be more than buying a new AC unit.
I just had my front AC replaced by Camping World, they did a nice job, andit only toke themhalf an hour to complete the job. Total cost for the 13.5 KBTU was $590.00 if Itake my old unit with me, which I did. I can always try to fix the old one when i get the time.
Gus I would not try to replace the roof unit without having a lift units to raise and lower these unit to the roof they are about 120LBS.
Best of luck,

Hello everyone. Thank you all for your input on the microwave issue. I decided to replace it with a Sharp R-1874 convection oven and will install it when it arrives. It was $449.00 including shipping.
My next problem is the forward roof AC. It has quit working. I have done the following:
1) Checked the thermostat by putting it on another unit and it worked fine
2) Checked the switch on the dash and it worked also
3) Checked to make sure I was getting 110 volts at the unit, which I was 4) The unit quit while it was running
5) I took the interior plastic covers off and discovered a connection that looks like a computer cable that has green corrosion on it. I think this is probably the culprit but not sure. Is this cable the one that connects to the thermostat? Where can I find a replacement cable and is it difficult to get it through the roof to the thermostat? It looks like it could get hung up somewhere.
Any input is appreciated. Any guidance as to the repair of replacement of unit is also appreciated.
