We justpassed a later model SP or a BMC with a goat rail,parked beside the road a mile or so past the town of Tehachapi, CA east bound.It waswhite with teal trim. It didn't appear that there was anyone in it andif they had a toad it had been disconnected. I tried to call them on the CB to see if they needed help but did not get an answer.
