Removed dc motorgenerator,installed isolator. Open switches on battery but forgot to disconnect generator Shorted to ground when I started engine only showed 12 volt on the volt gauge inside coach. At isolator showed 17 volt on meter to ground. My 1983 converter charger showed 10.5 volt. I think both my alternator and converter chargers is bad unless I did not wire something up correct.
