Saucer antenna on 80's + birds - Bob Benner - 05-31-2005 09:13 Went back in the archives and found information for the internally rotating antenna that I've got on my 86 PT. (It was also on the 84FC that I had before). I found them at a number of places and also found the manufacturer, Antennacraft-TDP http://www.antennacraft-tdp.com Phone: 800-553-2377 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. CST Monday - Friday FAX: 319-758-8079 P.O. Box 1005 Burlington, IA 52601 They have just gone into production on a new version of that antenna, the 5MS9000 which is being sold with: UV Resistant, Protective Plastic Radome Housing 21" Diameter, 7" Height Built-In, Split- Band Amplifier with Interference filters 120VAC/12VDC 12VDC Fused Powercord Included Wired Rotator Remote Control 60' Coaxial Cable 3-Wire Rotator Cable w/Connectors Stainless Steel Mounting Hardware Legs for Indoor Use $129.95 through Stark electronics I called the Antennacraft people and found that they have ten or so heads without the wires for $85.95 plus shipping. I'm getting one as mine is shot but figured some might be looking for a replacement as well. Bob 86PT40 on beautiful lush Long Island |
