Microphor Head...aches, 'Microphor ...good for crap' - timvasqz - 12-21-2008 05:18 I guess there are two types of Microphor units. In our 94pt, Pot is over the tank and has a flapper with no air to push. I just ordered a new flapper and seals($75.+/-,I never realy asked) to overcome a problem with dry bowl between flushes. DryBowl leads to , FingerPointing and major Discord. I've gone as far as ordering DNA RV show shopping, I noticed new SOB's had a kitchen sink style spray wand near the plastic toilet. Not familiar with HFFR I asked the saleswoman if this wand was some European thing?? she explained; The rv's that choose appliances for weight limits often use plastic pots. Plastic has flushing problems. Some folks wax the plastic to overcome the High Fiber Flush Resistance HFFR. The wand is use to help with flushing and appliance maintenance. I found a nice plastic wand replacement nozzle in brushed chrome with a saddle for less than 20. Drilled a proper size hole thru the sink vanity and plumbded it to the cold water under the sink. Only problem I see is the wand has no antisiphon backflow so I need to drop in a sprinikler style inline check valve. Backflow siphon is not much of an issue in a home that stays pressurized but an RV is depressurized everytime you hook up. I'll post some pics GregoryO'Connor ofTim&Greg 94ptCa Microphor Head...aches, 'Microphor ...good for crap' - rwoodysurplus - 12-21-2008 15:55 my 90 sp has 1 factory under the sink. --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "timvasqz" > > I guess there are two types of Microphor units.
