Macy posted that they're working with the bank and he will let us know when a resolution is reached. Wanderlodge, Ga, closed - Don Bradner - 02-08-2009 04:01 I don't know about "when a product is discontinued" but there is no obligation when a company ceases to exist. That includes warranties as well as parts. Talk to any National, Alfa, or Western RV owner right now! Managers, owners, gp's, excetives have personal lives. when they enter your personal life to make a sale or contract, you have a personal connection. Knock on their door. I usuly go over for morning coffie. On a related topic one of my axle bearings was making noise so I greased it. didnt have time or enough money to get to the others yet but they arent sound up. So, if Blue Bird Coachworks ceases operations (and that is not yet settled), then the parts may become hard to get. Fortunately, Wanderlodges are mostly assembled out of components from third parties, so only a very few proprietary items might become a real problem. As for warranty coverage -- it would likely cease with a bankruptcy filing, if the business is being closed down or liquidated. Warranty holders become "unsecured debtors" .... In the case of the 450 overweight recall, that was funded by Cerebus, so it's unclear what the situation will be for that program. CCW might be able to continue the program. Beyond that, anything would be speculation. Pete Masterson '95 Blue Bird Wanderlodge WBDA 42 (For Sale) El Sobrante CA "aeonix1@mac.com" On Feb 8, 2009, at 7:24 AM, Ron Thompson wrote:
