Hello everyone. We arrived in Duncan OK a week ago with a 16 item
list for Ralph. That guy is amazing. In 90 degree weather he was
under the coach building us a new sewer hose holder.

When we met him in Omaha in May, Ralph said he'd never seen a Stone
Bennet shift mechanism. A phone call with the mfg and he diagnosed
our problem and ordered parts. This week he removed the shift box,
rebuilt it (and cleaned it up - looks really spiffy now) and it
works!! We took the Bird on a test drive and it shifts just like
it's supposed to. Ain't that great?

Ralph did all the other stuff on our list, too, and a couple little
things that came up during the week. What a pleasure to work with
him!

If you need work done on your coach that you can`t/don`t want to do,
we recommend Ralph.

Pen and Jim,
Yes, he is. He's the precise example of a great mechanic.
He figures it out and fixes it, whatever it may be.
You should post his phone number and contact information.
There was a guy just asking about getting a Bird fixed in Tulsa.
Ralph is just too shy about promoting his business.
I hope you two are doing well. I just worked on Steve's
Air Conditioner.
Looking forward to your next visit.

I'll chime in and toot Ralph's (Frank's - inside joke) horn for him
also. While in Omaha he diagnosed a problem I was having with my
leveling jacks and saved me a bunch of money, both in parts and fuel
costs by not having to go to Moscow to the HWH facility. He not only
fixed that problem but a few others as well--some with just a touch
of his magic finger and a stick. Thanks for being such a good
mechanic and down to earth. Will see him next year to have my gen
set area re-insulated and whatever else may come up between now and
then. Couldn't recommend him more highly. Also Mr. Donut, you're
right up there too. Steve Crown, 88 PT40 XXV, Omaha, NE
