Whenever we go to New Orleans we stay at Bayou Signette in West Wego which
is just a hop skip and a jump from the french quarter. Its a state park and
I believe still $12/day. Very nice and clean and safe.

And Greetings to you to Tom Warner!

I think we ran into Tom at Bayou Segnette in March.
The park is one of the best kept secrets for getting
in reasonable range of N.O. in a motorhome. There's a
free Ferry ride (from Algiers) direct to the River
Walk and the heart of the French Quarter. Those that
have been there will advise that you avoid the very
narrow Huey Long Bridge... at least in your bird.

Think I remember you and your beautiful Bluebird. God what a beautiful
paint job! You were lovingly polishing it the day we met. We sat and talked
at your table for quite some time, and your wife was there. I think I was
walking Boomer that day...or he was walking me more then likely.
