Recently I had to replace a padded vinyl covered ceiling panel due to water
damage from a leaking skylight. I contacted several sources but only one
responded, Gary's Upholstery in Tampa, FL. They provided fast service and were
pleasant to work with. They will request a small sample for matching and will
send 2 or 3 samples for you to choose from. In my case they came up with a
perfect match. Contact them at http://www.garysupholstery.com if you need to match or
replace upholstery material.

I'm a newbie to the group and do not have a coach but the ones I am considering
all have headliner sagging.

First of all, how does one take it off, and will removal damage it, or other
stuff to get at it?

First, please sign your posts and indicate the year and type of Bluebird you are interested in. If you did this in a prior post, I must have missed it.
