I wanna shout out a huge thanks to all who helped. - Adria Haynes - 06-30-2005 02:01 I just wanted to give a big thank you to all who helped me last month to get my bird flying again. I was the kid who had the 3208 in the 1980 35FC that wouldn't stay running. I don't know what all I did that worked, but it seems that it will, once I get around to test drive it. I put an algecide in the tank, I blew out the lines completely, I bought a Racor 1000 and used the bottom half to rebuild my Racor 900, primed it, bled it, and fired it. It idled for over an hour in the driveway - 2 days in a row. I was able to take it up to 3k and hold it there with no signs of it being a problem. It seems that I no longer have a fuel restriction, and I learned alot while working on it. I also want to thank Jeff Miller for his suggestions about my reversed Polarity issue. Jeff, I plugged the bus into a different outlet and the light went off, so I'm figuring it was a house problem and not a bus problem. Just the same though, you explained in detail of what to look for and how to tell the differences, etc and I appreciate that. I know I might be a little late with this, but I figure it's never to late to say thanks - and I really do mean it. Take care, John I wanna shout out a huge thanks to all who helped. - Jeff Miller - 06-30-2005 16:25 Happy you're back out there. - Jeff Miller --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Adria Haynes" <mrbeebody@n...> wrote: > I just wanted to give a big thank you to all who helped me last month > to get my bird flying again.
