does anyone know where the electronics control moduel for hwh leveling system in a 1983 fc 35 is located?

I don't think there is one. I haven't played with mine much yet but it seems completely manual to me (turn on the pump on the dash then manipulate the levers next to the driver's seat). If there is electronics involved I didn't know it and am curious!

No, no electronics are involved.
The levers go to the pump and open a valve to the appropriate jack. At least that is how my rig operates.

Agreed, small micro switch gets tripped when any of the levers get pulled. The individual lever directs the fluid to the appropriate jack.
