I believe that this one has been around before. Counter tops changed. Some of cupboards probably too.

While it would be great to see it sell for their asking price, I don't think they'll even get close. You never know, but I don't think so. Hopefully it looks better in person.

And the eBay listing has a buy it now of $259k. They definitely want out of the bird business!

They've probably got $230-235 in it, so we'll see it again (maybe a couple of times) before we see it go to the $200 range.
