Bird spotting 4/5/16

I was west bound, the bird was east bound on I-20 mid morning Tuesday 4/5 between Jackson and Vicksburg. I only had 3 or 4 seconds, but I am sure it was a 43' really pretty black and white color scheme. Anyone know who this was?
