Try to ensure they do not spend too much time on LABOR trying to FIND the problem...........I had transmission problems with my FC in Texas and it cost me $2100 in LABOR all together AND they still had to replace the transmission..an ALLISON 643.....my ZF is still working fine on my 90SP36... good luck!!
