Passed emissions and got collector plates

Good day. Passed emissions and was eligible for collector plates. No more
emissions tests
and I only have to renew plates every 5 years. Old vehicles are great.
The CAT 3208 really runs clean. (once it reaches operating temperature) No
opacity over 8%
when the limit is 40%.
