Bendix cruise control

Yep, I believe most of the parts are behind the black steel box cover.
I have looked at this earlier in my Bird ownership, at that time all
these parts looked way too complicated for me. But I need to revisit
this black box.
I will eventually start with lubing the cable, Possibly hanging-up in
the high idle mode. Then try to lube the solenoid valves.
This will be at a latter date for me, But I will post results.
Sometimes a Volt-Ohm meter can lead one astray.
