Desperate - fuel cap - truck and bus parts - wrecking yards
I found the fuel cap that I have in my shop, sure enough it's 2-1/4".
There are a couple of old truck repair/parts shops in my area, I'll
check with them and see if they have a 3" and let you know if they do.
