Regarding the entry key pad I was searching for:

After lots of searching the web I was able to locate what I needed from what appears to be a specialist in OEM obsolete switches and automotive motors.

Cleverly disguised as auto-parts-713 on e-bay.

Thanks to all who helped with this.

In the excitement of finally locating the keypad I mistakenly ended up with two pads and am willing to sell the second one to the anyone needing to replace their entry keypad.
