Greasing Front Kingpins on FC models
There's been some discussion back and forth on whether to
raise the front wheels when greasing the front kingpins on the older FC Wanderlodges. Someone said the chassis manual instructed leaving the front wheels on the ground when greasing. I was fishing through my Blue Box recently and ran across the same instructions. It stated to NOT raise the wheels when greasing the kingpins. So, do it the easy way and just crawl under there with a grease gun. Don't raise it up, it's really official now. ;o) George Witt 81 FC 35 Lincoln, Nebraska |
