Christmas Eve

Hi Ralph,
Always great to read your postings. I run a Foretravel, but have always admired the Birds. I have always enjoyed reading this group. A great group of people.I hope you can stay together, as you have suggested.
Merry Christmas, and a Happy, Healthy, 2011 to all Wanderlodgers!

Charolette and I wish One and All, a Merry Christmas, from our Home to Yours.

It has been an interesting year, with ups and downs along the high ways. In
looking back over the postings and remembering the calls on the cell phone,
We are truly Blessed, with the helping hands, camaraderie and fellowship
that is so evident and enjoyable on the Forum.

With the Factory gone, we are not! and I see no change in that fact. This
coming year, will be interesting as well, I am sure. But, we do need to
share further, parts found, viable modifications to systems, rebuild kits
that work for this or that and of course part numbers and suppliers. This,
and other Forums has been very diligent to that aspect, thankfully, and I
can see it being even more important in the future.

It would be a nice thing to bring the different Forums to a point of a
closer working relationship and put the Ego's to the side. Remember the
times, when, if one person found something, we ALL knew about it? I do, and
it was a fantastic exchange of ideas and how to's. Yes, I know, each Forum
has that now, but does it really? What I am trying to say is, Folks, if we
can't get it together here, then we all will lose, hands down. If the
Bird's are going to stay on the roads and all systems running, then we
darned well better find a way to expand the "cross talk" because 10 years
form now, who is going to care? Most of us will be off the Road and the
Bird's we drive will be in other hands and "They" will need the parts and
kits and and and,,,,,,,,,

May those who have snow, stay warm and snug and those who enjoy the warmer
clime have an enjoyable Holiday Season, and across the Country, ALL raise a
glass of egg nog to one another in Peace.

Safe travels,

Christmas Eve
Ralph, Merry Christmas to you and Charolette and thank you sharing your
knowledge over these past years. I too remember the time when there was a single
forum and sharing was simple. I have given up trying to monitor all three and
share your wishes/desires for a closer working relationships. David Hanvy 89WB
