RE: Adding a drive
30 yards of concrete are in and set. I had a little detour as I had to get 5 pallets of sod down for the inspection. Well, two for the culvert and driveway in the county right of way. Thankfully I do my own irrigation. I had to run some new poly for a few new gear head sprinklers. County has a rule that the right of way has to be put back to the original condition (sod). Calling in the inspections this week to get that behind me, then the garage.

RE: Adding a drive
It's amazing the little laws out there that can just add expense and time to any given job. I understand that without those in place, some folks would just trash an area, but I think the majority would work to improve it, albeit not at that moment. Glad to hear it's coming together!
