ground clearance

We are starting to build (grading next week) our new shop in North Carolina and need to make sure our driveway approach is not to steep that our bus "drags" the front or rear end (or "high centers"). Our bus is still in CA, so a simple measurement is not possible. we currently own a Lx40, however we would like to be able to accommodate a larger bus. Any dimensions or advice would be a great help!
