Available Wanderlodge
Hi Guys,
Just found out that Guaranty is going to advertise our '95 WBDA 4203 for $139,000 - A hell of a buy. If anyone is looking for a bird, it will be hard to find a better buy. Call Don Jump at 949-283-2336. I would almost buy is back but can't find a use for two coaches.... FYI...current(Jan-Apr 2006) NADA "Hard Copy" Blue Book for a 1995 WBDA
4203 is $115,210...Wholesale and $154,600...Retail. Reasonable "asking" price...but not necessarily a "Hell of a Buy". Pricing has taken a real beating the last six months...and many "for sale" coaches do not yet recognize that in their pricing. This looks like one that is reasonably priced and will likely sell somewhere between asking price and wholesale. ALL in my humble opinion for whatever it is (or is not) worth!...Tom Rootness in Northern Minnesota --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, George Lowry wrote: > > Hi Guys, > > Just found out that Guaranty is going to advertise our '95 WBDA 4203 for > $139,000 - A hell of a buy. Interesting how much it varies. The quotes I had given were form a few
weeks ago. Also location makes a difference as does condition and options. I just ran the "bird" again in the online version of Nada Guides. The basic for this model is: $128,320 Wholesale, and $154,600 Retail. Taking into consideration some of the options (Not all are listed in the Guide), the wholesale is $135,010 and the retail is $162,765. There are a number of items/options that are not listed in the Nada Guides, since they apparently use a generic list more common to the lesser valued coaches. There is no consideration given for the eight new tires; For the newest style Dupree dump valves; Nor for other improvements that have been made to the coach. Also consider that the selling location is in Southern CA, where vehicles sell for much more than other parts of the country. When you consider that it will probably sell for much less than the asking price, I still consider it to be a "hell of a deal". For those that love the Wanderlodge and have owned one, they will be hard pressed to find a better one.
