Donut Bus
Anyone have a nice old photo of the donut bus in action? I'd love to
see it up as the "bird of the week". - Jeff Miller in Holland, MI |

Back in the late 70's/ early 80's, I was lucky enough to start traveling with my grandparents in their Wanderlodge. I was also fortunate enough to have been able to volunteer to work in the donut bus at a few of the rallies. I would help make the donuts and serve coffee out of the window. I would also pass donuts and coffee to my grandparents and a select few out the back of the bus to help them avoid the huge lines! If anyone has a picture of the bus, I would appreciate it. PS- I know it was an actual motorhome, not a trailer because I would go up front and play songs on the airhorns whenever I could get away with it! |
