Electrolysis on 36 SP's

Greeting to all you bird owners...I'm glad to be a part of the club
with a 1991 36SP that my brothers and I own. I was wondering if there
is any information out there about using zinc plates to prevent
corrosion on Blue Birds. Does anyone know where I may go to find some
help? Thanks for your help,

The body is zinc plated (galvanized), that should help.

In water (a more conductive media than air) it works pretty well, in
air you'd have to install a lot of zinc plates. What part of the
coach in particular are you interested in protecting?

Jeff,
Thanks for the response. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply.
The Navy continues to keep me everywhere but home. Anyway, I am
getting some bubbling of the paint around the main door and around
the handles on some of the doors for the under body storage. I am
wondering what I can do to slow down the progress of the corrosion.
The coach typically sits in doors however it is currently at a shop
getting worked on...in the heat of the San Joaquin Valley...with
little to no humidity.
On another note, the folks working on my coach said they are having a
problem getting one side of the bird to air up. Does that make sense
that only one side of the coach would air up and the other would not
based on the system?
